Data-driven digital transformation at The National Archives: Project Etna

  • Piriya Pordes

As Content lead in Project Etna, I scope, create and iterate end-to-end accessible, inclusive, user-centred content for complex public-facing services. This is a user-centred digital transformation of The National Archives’ services: opening up complex archival processes and making them accessible to first-time users by coordinating content strategy, content modelling, tech stack approach, and accessible end-to-end design solutions in a collaborative multidisciplinary team, engaging with stakeholders throughout to ensure business objectives align with user needs.
