Design Scene Editorial

Broken Gloss story captured exclusively for Design Scene by the talented Belgrade based photographer Jovana Mladenovic features empowering creations by fashion designer Marko Ivkovic. Star of the session is model Tijana Krstic, while makeup was handled by makeup artist Zeljka Jankovic, scenography is work of Florijan Karh. Special thanks goes to Terrapnonica for allowing the team to capture the images on their mesmerizing location. For this collection, the author was inspired by the concept of superstition and the effects of this belief on human mind. Special attention was dedicated to the phenomenon of broken mirror. The editorial symbolizes the inner battle with fears, human weakness and agony that was provoked by an irrational belief arising from ignorance or fear.
