Through the Design Thinking methodology and also by working in an interdisciplinary team (Vero, Cande, Daniel, and me), it was possible to restructure the existing business model of a company that is formed by a single person. This variable helped to define the need that the client had, which was to restructure our client’s business model through the creation of an integral work system that allows her to efficiently manage her resources with the objective of retaining the current customers and reach new markets.
In order to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of the company, as well as identifying areas of opportunity in the service, we worked hand by hand with the client, specialists and users of her service, using different tools such as the co-creation or prototyping and testing exercises, that helped to define the strategy that should be implemented.
