A New Direction presents Digital Pipeline LDN - a 14-week programme in partnership with General Assembly and D&AD, offering an employment and training initiative that addresses the digital skills gap by supporting young Londoners to succeed in the industry. The programme combines the best in technical training, industry immersion and personal development, and is offered free of charge to fresh, driven talent.
Our talent pipeline prepares trainees with the mindsets, skills and networks that industry needs because we have worked with top employers to develop and design the offer. Together, we are targeting underrepresented groups to create a one-stop talent pool that will help to change the face of the industry.
