Greentogo

The city of Madrid is undergoing important changes in terms of mobility: the rise of new transports such as electric scooters or carsharing, as well as the restriction of free movement through the downtown area, have modified the daily experience of those who move around the city. As a collaboration with two colleagues, we faced this challenge through Design Thinking methodology. We immersed ourselves in the different design phases: exploring and gathering information through research, identifying pain points, ideating and defining solutions, and prototyping and testing them with real users. Thanks to the insights, our user persona and her journey map obtained in our research, we decided what our value proposals and business model should be and reflected it in the Business Model Canvas. Moreover, with a clear taxonomy, draw a site map where we showed the depth of the platform as well as the connections and navigations between its pages. We then transformed the HI-FI wireframes into a prototype by adding the visual layer that we created in our design system. With sustainability in mind, we created Greentogo, a new and comfortable way to move freely around Madrid.
