HERlarious – Comedy, Wellbeing and Confidence for Creatives

This fun interactive and dynamic event will explore some of the issues that more commonly affect women more than men, like working alone, returning to work after caring for family and feeling side-lined in the creative workspace. This is achieved with workshops aimed at building confidence, exploring creativity and facing fear, facilitated by a team of female performers, writers, content creators and directors with first-hand experience of the comedy industry. Delegates can take part in two workshops followed by a lively panel discussion about how we can change the narrative featuring some very strong and funny women. The evening is completed with a comedy showcase.
