Insights Feature Redesign

I led the redesign of the Insights feature for Willow App, a customer-facing SaaS platform utilizing digital twin technology. The goal was to improve the user experience by introducing a grouped card view to simplify data presentation and make insights more intuitive. We replaced the previous table-based design with a more visually appealing interface, using cards to group insights by rule and offering a dedicated full-page view for detailed investigations. This update significantly enhanced usability, reduced cognitive overload, and showcased Willow’s digital twin integration at a major conference, gaining positive feedback from non-technical users.
