Notification System

I led the design of a notification system for Willow App, a customer-facing SaaS platform that leverages digital twin technology for facility managers, property managers, and technician leads. The goal was to alleviate the pain-point of users spending excessive time investigating insights by providing personalized, configurable notifications. Collaborating closely with key customers, we developed in-app notifications with future scalability for email and mobile push notifications. The system enables admin users to create work group-specific notifications, providing a seamless way to stay updated on key insights. This project resulted in a more efficient workflow and played a key role in securing a contract renewal with a $30 billion portfolio.
