Meet the mobile repair brand taking the high street by storm

The Challenge

iSmash are an innovative, highly successful phone repair brand that was established by young entrepreneur, Julian Shovlin in 2012 and has since taken the country by storm.
With an aggressive expansion plan and future funding secured, iSmash repair centres are popping up all over the UK. Bozboz were tasked with building a cutting-edge website to reflect their high-tech brand.

The Approach

From design to development, we created a website that celebrates the brand’s youthful style, builds consumer trust and reflects iSmash’s high standard of service.
It includes a bespoke ecommerce platform, capable of receiving hundreds of simultaneous orders, and a dynamic interactive repair and personalisation tool, allowing visitors to see how their customised phone will look before they purchase.
The site is also fully responsive, providing a seamless user experience whether it is viewed via a desktop, tablet, or mobile.

The Results

The new website revolutionised iSmash’s offering, allowing customers to book appointments in-store as well as ordering accessories or making customisations online.
By creating a solid digital platform for the brand and a website that fully showcases iSmash, we helped to better position the company for funding, laying the foundations for them to scale quickly in line with their ambitious growth plans.
