'It's a Flop!' was my degree show piece at Nottingham Trent University Fine Art Degree Show '14.
Installation made from a large scale soft felt sculpture, hand embroidered, flopped over a partition wall with representative motifs on either side; hand painted and laser cut. This final solo project was a culmination of three years worth of exploration, experimentation and research. It required a large number of assistants to meet the deadline and as such meant time, and people management was essential. Sourcing funding was another major issue, involving cost evaluation and project proposal presentation.
