Knight Frank, founded in London in 1896, is one of the world's largest global property consultancies. Together with its New York affiliate, Newmark Knight Frank, its global network encompasses 500 offices in 60 territories. Knight Frank approached Matter Of Form to set up and manage an internal creative studio at its London head office that would enable them to shift from a completely unmanaged and quickly growing roster of hundreds of agencies to a centralised in-house team. The solution needed to deliver multichannel projects and campaigns for digital, OOH and experiential at high velocity, without compromising on the exceptional quality that Knight Frank is known for.
