We’re a leading brand & digital experience firm for premium & luxury brands, working with exceptional clients all over the world. Literally. We’ve been to the Arctic. We are 65 individuals drawn together to create 1 multi-disciplinary team, united by curiosity & a spirit of adventure. Clients come to us because they’re looking for a partner to help them define & realise their future - across brand, CX and digital. We say 'we help timeless brands design what's next.' What is a timeless brand? Timeless organisations value craft, design, product & service excellence. They have a strong founding spirit. They think long term. Most importantly, they embrace change. To that end, our focus is on balancing branding & conversion. And we really reflect on that, taking time to truly define what ‘conversion’ means to our clients. Often that's a fusion of bold creativity & customer-centricity. Often its path-setting. We have a deep understanding of discerning audiences and how they expect to engage and interact with brands; now and in the future. We resource every project with brand and UX strategists - it's a healthy tension that we believe creates great outcomes. Our talent? Well, we tend to attract employees through referrals, and freelancers often end up taking permanent residence with us. We’ve even had former clients join our team after a positive and rewarding client relationship. We're on the hunt for creative minds who live and breathe our MOF values: good-hearted individuals, who are humble yet forthright and show the spirit of adventure - those who see their accounts, clients and colleagues as much more than just profit and loss but as people, friends and peers.
