Landsec x TCE Website Migration Project

As part of a major digital transformation initiative, I was integrated into TCE as a junior content editor to work with the broader digital team, providing dedicated project management support for the content migration to Landsec’s new websites. This included a comprehensive audit of existing site content to evaluate relevance and value to our target audiences, ensuring only the most impactful material was carried forward.

We played an active role in shaping CMS requirements, focusing on streamlining the process of creating and managing high-quality content at scale across multiple brands. Collaboration was a key part of the project — we worked hand-in-hand with both Landsec and the MSL team to produce best-in-class, SEO-optimised content tailored for the new digital platforms.

Beyond content, we supported design alignment efforts, helping ensure the new sites reflected the refreshed Landsec brand identity. Additionally, we provided training to internal teams on how to use the new sites effectively and managed a detailed snagging list to ensure a smooth post-launch experience.
