As a Community Engagement and Outreach Associate, for We Are Not Alone (WANA), the chronic health community app, I and a team of six other strategists to tailored a social media campaign through Instagram that effectively increased 95% of engagement in the first month of our campaign launch on the app, along with a total of 1,400 new downloads in the App Store. By doing so, as a team we strengthened the overall connection with WANA users
