This project was set out to design and develop a large ceiling shade, based on various principles expressed in architectural practice. Material behaviour and aesthetics being critical. Presently i have images of a 1:2 scale maquette made in card of several CAD leaves created in rhino that slot together. This piece ultimately will be made in wood veneer and facilitate an ambient glow.
