Maven Search are a leading independent executive search and talent advisory firm, transforming client businesses in investment banking, global markets and investment management with offices in London, New York and Hong Kong.

With a recently refreshed logo and core thought – Brilliance Transforms – we worked with the Founder and leadership team to unpack the brand, develop the visual identity and create a bold and progressive new website.
Maven are authoritative experts within their field, working with some of the world’s leading institutions across investment management, investment banking and global markets. With professionalism and trust lying at heart of the business, Maven’s independence enables an innovative and disruptor spirit, utilising technology, data and market intelligence to gain a competitive edge for their clients. These future-looking, dynamic and nimble characteristics were reflected through the brand development work and across the visual aesthetic and user interactions across the new website.
Building upon the foundational brand work undertaken by Maven, we contrasted the existing dark colours with a brighter, more contemporary supporting palette and developed a framework for approaching photography and video. We captured their tech-driven, bold and pioneering essence within the graphic language and brought this to life across the website where users are encouraged to interact with hero images and visual elements.
Built with future growth in mind, the site was developed in .NET on the Umbraco CMS, enabling ease of future expansion and integrations to support Maven with their strategic plans for future growth and development.
