My concept explores the contrasting processes of merging forms and destructive forces, looking specifically at rock formations and erosion. Natural processes take thousands of years, to form and then disintegrate, representing a record of history and story.
This idea is reimagined by accelerating natural processes; experimenting on contrasting textures of the delicates and destruction. This is carried through an investigation into various techniques and material combinations of spontaneous transformation, irregular growth, compression and organic demolishment.
