'Paper as Process' was a project tailored to encourage cross-disciplinary research and collaboration. Paper was the perfect tool to illustrate this due to its flexible, experimental, exploratory and infinite nature to create almost any shape. I collaboratively hosted a presentation and workshop with Architect and friend Eccles NG. The workshop was open to the whole of Loughborough University and attracted students for Design Technology, Mechanical/ Civil Engineering and the Arts. The presentation focused on the different ways and practitioners who use paper and illustrated how traditional origami methods can be coupled with software packages, such as grasshopper and pepakura to create intricate or advanced ideas
