Paradise

This project was inspired Fleetwood Mac’s album cover, Tango in the Night. The cover was inspired by Henri Rousseau’s paintings. The idyllic paradise pictured on the album cover made me think about my paradise. During my childhood the location pictured in these images was, and still is to this day. My paradise. My sanctuary. Spending my summers with friends at the beach, and jumping off the the pier. Retreating home only when I was hungry. The place I go to escape from reality. The place I go for picnics on warm summer days. This is the landscape I explore to feel at home.
