Through social media, assisted in finding cinematographers for corporate shoots abroad. Theses shoots were in Tokyo, London and Amsterdam. Process included researching specific Facebook groups for production staff and writing the job posts in group. Emailing and communicating with candidates, answering questions and looking through their portfolio. Then creating a list of the top five candidates which would be given to CEO who would choose the successful candidate. Through social media assisted in finding extras for an upcoming commercial.
