The brief for Sainsbury’s/Argos was to rewrite their extensive customer-facing email database to match their new tone of voice. The project had many stakeholders and as such called for a large amount of amends and variants before any final decisions were made. I also had to work in tandem with the design to insure that the copy being proposed would work with the layout being created. In total the deliverables amounted to well over 100 email templates which are now in use with their pet insurance customer base.
