Stop Design Labour!

  • Darryl Gray

Within the creative industry, unpaid internships have become the standard with many expecting students and recent graduates to take no pay. These internships are unethical and exploitive of young designers. ‘Stop Design Labour!’ is a social initiative with the hope of abolishing these non-paid positions and help empower a new generation of designers, whilst championing those studios who pay their interns.

Webpage for the campaign. This page is full of all the information needed for students, recent grads and design studios and it has a simple step-by-step guide on how to get involved.

Downloadable assets help distinguise between studios who pay and studios who do not. It acts as a verification symbol and these icons are only available to studios that prove they pay!
