Master works as a digital partner to Violet, both on their Preview website and on the consultation of longer term digital platform goals and content strategy. We also work closely with the editorial team, helping fulfil special digital projects as well as digital counterparts to special projects.
Violet Preview
Violet Preview is a uniquely flat (nav-less) digital approach to what is considered the "preview" site for Violet Books's full site to come. Our scope was to art direct, design, build, deploy and help co-manage the site across the UK and Japan. The content strategy was to keep things simple and easy to update with extended pieces from the mag as well as an occasional custom story, a linkpad and a global cultural calendar.
Cinemathéque - Violet x WUTI
Cinemathéque was a unique space at Port Eliot Festival hosted and curated by Violet and Women Under the Influence. Taking place over 3 days, Violet and WUTI were joined by filmmakers, journalists, actors, activists, and producers to discuss and screen the world of film through the female lens. We designed the identity and helped Violet and WUTI design and develop a live counterpart to the festival as well as a wrap site.
