- Exhibition Quarter - Virtual Gallery (2019)The Exhibition Quarter is one of our ready-made gallery spaces, avalable for anyone to use. It's a cost-effective way of producing a large virtual exhibition, with space for 100 to 300 pieces. The style of the space is clean and minimal, with a lot of natural light and a simple layout. There's also plenty of room for free-standing sculptures and other 3D artwork. The space can be modified to include up to six smaller rooms and alcoves (as shown in the picture below). These are great for showing
- World View - Global Virtual Exhibition (Open Art 2019)The 3rd edition of the Open Art project is the most ambitious exhibition we've ever curated. We received entries from artists in more than 40 different countries around the world. The final selection includes more than 350 pieces, from a total of 150 artists. That's a lot of admin! The concept for this exhibition was to display artwork on an interactive world map. We came up with an innovative way of doing this, which allows visitors to walk across oceans as they explore the exhibition.
- Hundred Years Gallery, London - Virtual Exhibition (2019)This virtual exhibition was produced as part of the Summer Show at Hundred Years Gallery in East London. It's a busy exhibition, with walls crammed full of artwork in many styles and media. For the virtual version we wanted to give each piece more space. So we expanded the space by creating several mirror images of the gallery.
- Maddox Gallery, London - 3D Visualization (2018)One of the key service that curat10n provides is the ability to virtually recreate any real location or gallery space. Many "virtual" galleries simply use photography to capture an exhibition space and to share this in the form of a 360-degree image or video (à la Google Streetmap). This means that it is only useful for recording or capturing exhibitions which already exist. We take a different approach. We use architectural drawings, photographs and measurements to make a scale 3D model. This
- Moich Abrahams - 1st Solo Exhibition on the Moon (2019)An exhibition of work by Moich Abrahams. The first solo art exhibition on the Moon (virtually). This is a virtual exhibition in the Moon Gallery showing Moich Abrahams’ work from the early 70s to now. It includes a selection of his prints, etchings, ceramics and specially created sculptures. It also features a memorial room in memory of Moich’s mother’s family, who perished in the Holocaust. “I am interested in unwrapping the mysterious and reinventing child-like expressiveness...looking inwar
- First Virtual Exhibition on the Moon (Open Art 2018)The Open Art project isn't just a chance for artists to be part of a virtual exhibition. It's also a chance for us to experiment and to do something a bit far-fetched. We wanted to make the most of the creative possibilities offered by a virtual space. So we created the first art exhibition on the Moon.
