The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Associate Producer to implement and deliver the detailed planning and successful production of the post-20/20 Public Programme including the 20/20 Exhibition and 20/20 Symposium at London College of Fashion (LCF) East Bank in November 2025. This role will be crucial in ensuring that high-quality presentations of the 20/20 artists’ works are realised on time and in budget, to maximise the impact and dissemination of the 20/20 project outputs and outcomes, through public engagement with wide-ranging stakeholders
20/20 was launched in November 2021 by UAL Decolonising Arts Institute, working with a network of 20 UK public collections, museum and gallery partners, supported by funding from Freelands Foundation, Arts Council England’s National Lottery Project Grants Programme and UAL.
In addition to the 20/20 x LCF public programme, the Associate Producer will also contribute to the strategic development, planning and delivery of the wider DeAI public programme.
About you
To succeed in this role you will need significant experience in planning, curating and installing multiple ambitious temporary artwork displays and exhibitions within limited timeframes and to high specifications.
You will have significant experience of working on large-scale programmes with major organisations, and multiple and diverse stakeholders including institutional teams and independent creatives.
You will have experience of working with CAD and Sketch-up 3D modelling software and with AV and digital film software & hardware.
Additionally, you will need knowledge and understanding of all relevant Health and Safety legislation for public spaces and its effective operational implementation.
