As Head of Experience Design and a founding team member for this US customer experience tech startup, my role was initially to shape the challenger brand strategy, identity and communications across all media, subsequently leading teams on- and off-shore to design and develop a proprietary UX/UI platform on which the range of CX tools and SaaS products has been built.
