BeYou
At SuperAwesome, I have made a huge impact on helping to improve the company’s culture, as a founding member of the BeYou team - a voluntary initiative started to drive forward SuperAwesome’s diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. For the past 3 years I have been a driving force in organising “Safe Spaces” and co-founded the SAPride community which is a place for LGBTQIA+ employees to connect, find support and celebrate. This is something I am incredibly passionate about and proud of, and I intend to continue advocating for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging wherever I go.
ROLE
As a founding member of the BeYou team, I wanted to utilise my professional skills and experience as a leader, Senior Digital Designer and Product Designer, offering my help to the team where I could.
As well as taking the lead on initiatives and organising to get things done, I also created BeYou's branding and designed social posts for Safe Spaces.
