BUD- A campaign and a program designed to support work-life balance

BRIEF: Designers spend their lives solving other people’s issues. What about when they encounter difficulties, how supported they feel to be? CONCEPT: According to the statements given, the design industry still lacks attention to work-life balance. I wanted to promote the importance of it, helping employers to support it.

BUD approaches studios by sending them cacti and a leaflet with everything explained. We ask them to link the website and read through BUD concept and pledge. On the website, there will be different programms to choose from, each of which has daily, weekly, monthly, yearly activities that reduce stress and improve well-being.
