GSK Voltaren Global Digital Accelerator

Partnered with the client to create and run three high profile workshops within a global "Digital Accelerator" program to combine teaching and hands-on doing to address digital capabilities and ways of working.
The program was structured around 3 workshops that focus on Voltaren's approach to digital campaigns and embed best practice.
Workshop 1 : Enhance the connection brief and refine their digital strategy for the campaign
Workshop 2: Detail the digital global toolkit for campaign and always on content, which included consumer, content and market clustering frameworks.
Workshop 3: Ways of working & codification.
