THE CHALLENGE In 2017 Natwest challenged us to create the perfect app for modern banking in conjunction with a bold new re-brand. MY ROLE Working with a brilliant team of people, I helped shape a new design system. I was completely immersed in the research, interaction design, prototype testing and supporting usability so I could truly understand when and where to intelligently implement the motion, ensuring that users know what is happening and why.
