NickSilver - Hunnid Degrees [A&R & Press]

I worked across the A&R strategy, press outreach and promotion for Nicksilver's debut single as a solo artist. From the below press release, several press opportunities were won across Trace TV, Mixtape Madness, Rap on Demand and Luna many more. NickSilver released his debut single and music video ‘Hunnid Degrees’ - one for the moshpit ravers. NickSilver is an emerging artist from East London leading an experimental sound in the UK underground. Originally beginning as a grime MC during the 2nd grime resurgence, his style was formulated through exchanging 16s with other grime MCs in Newham where he first learnt to hit different pockets to create his signature unorthodox flows. His core sound varies from bouncy energetic Limerick-style raps on trap-esque beats to melodic ballads over electronic music. The 24-year-old often takes inspiration from American trap and old school Hip-Hop, often compared to the likes of Sam Wise, UKNWN, Knucks and Kadiata. Hunnid Degrees is a charged banger about being stuck in the mundane cycle of everyday life and breaking out to be the best possible version of yourself.
