Ruby Jack

Ruby Jack is a designer, stylist and recording artist. Her paintings are recreations of her musical compositions, which have in turn become the basis for her current jewellery collections. For the launch of the new collection “SIA”, the brief was creating a fashion editorial to highlight key pieces. The aim of the project was having a space within the website, where the customer could see a preview of the collection and spend some time navigating through the different sections.

Image Treatment

The look and feel of the editorial was based on the concept of collage, mixing the images with colour blocks and backgrounds suggesting different landscapes related to nature.

Mobile first. The editorial was designed to achieve the best experience on small devices, the main challenge was condensing all the information in just 6 screens by using different interactions such as carousels. Keeping all the image ratios the same as desktop made the work easier since just one asset was needed for all devices.
Shopping Experience

Offering a quick option to purchase the products was the most important piece. The creative solution for that was including hovering effects, allowing the customer to add the item to their baskets and keep browsing. Mobile followed the same process by clicking on the main image.
Marketing Emails

To create a 360º campaign a set of emails were designed. This was a key channel to reach a wider audience, supporting the editorial and driving more traffic to the website.
