US-based student accommodation specialists Greystar had a vision for a new kind of student living here in the UK. A high-end, all inclusive, living environment where students could thrive and excel in their studies, while making lifelong friends. A home away from home. With an ambitious 3 year plan to become sector leaders, Greystar needed a brand that would stand out and appeal to both students and parents. A strong sector positioning informed the brand and visual ID. Assets created included a new name, a logo, strapline, brand values, as well as the practical collateral required for launch; such as business cards, building signage and promotional materials for student fairs.
