Complete end to end project management of a 2 day staff event for 350 people.
Based on previous experience, I was headhunted to co manage and deliver the event, alongside a regionally based colleague.
Co managed a project team of 10 internal staff stakeholders from across the charity.
Presented updates to the senior leadership team to make sure they were engaged and updated throughout the planning process.
Embeded the departmental strategy throughout all aspects of the event from content to branding, to help motivate and engage staff.
Worked closely with our graphic designer to create a brand identity for the event which was inkeeping with the charities masterbrand.
Created and managed the invite and RSVP process.
Sourced and managed internal and external suppliers, including the Venue, AV, production and photography.
Oversaw transport, logistics and onsite overnight accommodation.
Coordinated the internal comms process, including event website.
Created and managed a charity wide awards programme to recognise staff.
Briefed and led the on the day event delivery team.
Managed the attendee feedback process, feeding in the results to the planning of future events.
