Bespoke produced a journey themed experiential campaign to launch a new Veuve Clicquot product range. The strategy included three VIP events, one on Aqua Luna and then two public street parties in Soho and Sai Ying Pun. For the street parties, Bespoke partnered with 10 popular restaurants to create a tasting menu for consumers to explore and an engagement program to ensure all involved parties gained exposure. I was responsible for: • Assisting the Creative Director on concept development of events and consumer engagement strategy • Managing the design team in designing branded styling elements, structures, merchandise, marketing collateral and menus • Finding and managing suppliers • Coordinating the operations with 10 involved restaurants • Supporting with on-site coordination including crowd control, guest and public check in to events and entertainment
