Website re-design for Harvey Nichols

Employed to lead the full site re-design of Multichannel department store harveynichols.com, taking the approach of a desktop/tablet site and separate mobile site, launched in April 2014. Responsible for both UX and Creative direction throughout the site and approach to content, based on my pitch concept. Determined user journeys, the colour coding of departments, new fonts/typography and a full suite of icons. Hands on design for a majority of the site layouts, responsive content templates/bespoke features and responsive emails.
