Experienced Design, Digital & Campaign Director with 14 years of creative and digital experience, and a wealth of innovative experience in the charity and education sectors. For the second year running FTconf was a wholly digital affair with a global audience of 1500 registrants.     Blue Cross ChristmasA campaign for Blue Cross that gave something more than a material gifts to help maximise their fundraising over the festive period,.. What if we harnessed this desire and swapped gifts for ‘moments’? We developed a flexible messaging system to give moments that dealt with joyful occasions as well as the serious matters. The campaign messaging and identity was then used by other agencies to deliver a range of activities.

    #WhatAboutUs CampaignIn conjunction with the first anniversary of lockdown, we were really proud to have created the #WhatAboutUs campaign highlighting the impact of the pandemic on babies and families. Working alongside Kindred Squared, The Parent-Infant Foundation and 200 other charities including NSPCC, Action for Children and NCT we curated a social and email campaign to raise awareness of the lack of funds for this age group.     Headed up the design team and was responsible for the design of Comic Relief’s brand and national fundraising campaigns - Red Nose Day and Sport Relief. As well as leading a team of designers, I worked very closely with senior directors and departments including Marketing, Fundraising, Corporate, Schools, Events and PR. Being part of the senior team at one of the UK's most recognisable Charity enabled me to develop specialist knowledge of the charity sector. – Strategic and creative direction for national fundraising campaigns that helped raise £326,456,144 – Responsible for all production design and UX completed by the Design team – Assisted and directed photography and broadcast shoots including BBC adverts. – Worked with corporate partners and digital platforms on joint campaigns. – Played a key role in helping the Digital team move into a more Agile / Lean UX way of working.
