Experienced Design, Digital & Campaign Director with 14 years of creative and digital experience, and a wealth of innovative experience in the charity and education sectors.     Headed up the design team and was responsible for the design of Comic Relief’s brand and national fundraising campaigns - Red Nose Day and Sport Relief. As well as leading a team of designers, I worked very closely with senior directors and departments including Marketing, Fundraising, Corporate, Schools, Events and PR. Being part of the senior team at one of the UK's most recognisable Charity enabled me to develop specialist knowledge of the charity sector. – Strategic and creative direction for national fundraising campaigns that helped raise £326,456,144 – Responsible for all production design and UX completed by the Design team – Assisted and directed photography and broadcast shoots including BBC adverts. – Worked with corporate partners and digital platforms on joint campaigns. – Played a key role in helping the Digital team move into a more Agile / Lean UX way of working.
