Grad Recruitment Campaign – The Suncorp Group

CONTRIBUTION:
Sikko Baltus' responsibility was to come up with an overall concept, managing both copy and creative to translate the graduate value proposition to a comprehensive appealing brand message across a multi-media solution.

BRIEF:
Suncorp Group is one of Australia’s leaders in banking, insurance, investment and superannuation. The Group annually recruits graduates to support its diverse portfolio of services.??We were engaged to create a cohesive brand that emphasised the scale of the Group and the scope of opportunities available to graduates.

CHALLENGE
In order to find the cohesive voice of the Group, we conducted research into understanding the true and unique graduate value proposition, which informed the creation of a fresh brand identity.??The brand was validated back to the Group and after ongoing feedback and a collaborative approach, we created an identity that represented Suncorp and met the objective.

OUTCOME
The first elements of the campaign were released mid year, to attract candidates to the Group’s vacation and graduate programs.??Following positive feedback from the client, the strategy has been taken to the next level, with a collaborative rollout of internal and external communication strategies.
