Sensory celebration of Propercorn’s artisanal popcorn

The Institute of Flavour invited guests to immerse themselves in a sensory celebration of Propercorn’s artisanal popcorn. Working with food experience studio Bompas&Parr, Jotta created five distinct experiences that allowed guests to create their perfect popped corn from over 125,000 different flavour combinations; the winning flavour developed for sale across the UK.
