In my role as Web Design Manager at Joules, I also oversaw the design and development of customer-facing emails. Working closely with our E-com teams, the objective is always to create engaging and intuitive designs that are consistent with the overall campaign creative, but crucially generating sales performance at the same time. I’m adept at using modular email templates and have worked regularly with software such as Litmus (email optimisation tool) and Movable Ink, that allow more dynamic content within communications.
