NatWest - propotyping for better borrowing
Royal Bank of Scotland briefed us in the Experience Design studio at SapientRazorfish to come up with ways to improve on the concept of the overdraft. Credit Wallet is one of the ideas we tested. Below the switch screens for existing customers - designed for user testing.
In the exploratory development phase of developing this product, we tested all UX copy. We discovered that straightforward language such as 'borrow' and 'pay' are user favourites.
