Patchwork Journey and Website Refresh

As well as the Onboarding User Funnel, I also reviewed and refined the Contributor Journey. I introduced a referral scheme and communicated more of the platforms USPs - continuing with the refreshed identity the Designer and myself had created from the Onboarding Funnel. Please see below for Email communication example, with their website/transaction journey also refined to communicate platform USPs and messages more clearly.

Along with the various Customer Journeys, I created and managed a template design for the My Account area that their Designer finessed and Developer implemented, and reviewed key pages - working with the Designer to refresh their content and layout.
