Digging into the Patchwork data I realised there was an opportunity to review, refine and redesign their Onboarding Funnel to increase the Customer Conversion and increase their end Publish goal. I therefore segmented their Audience into three categories, so that upon registering their Onboarding experience is a tailored approach that can more specifically communicate what each audience is receptive to. Below are some example assets of the communication received in one of the funnels - a multi step process that steps through their USPs, inspiration, interest, connection and offer. I created the process, liaised with the Developer, worked with the Designer to redesign and help steer the Creative treatments, and managed through to fruition.
