The project was an immersive multimedia body of work, involving a full inception and implementation of brand identity, brand remix, social media strategy, web design, photography + digital imaging and was finished off by installing a custom shop fit at the School of Arts End of Year Show at Ulster University.
In addition to designing and printing the t-shirts, I also designed and printed a 96 page hardcover project log to give visitors an insight to the processes conducted during this project, and a 20 page lookbook "zine" in order to maintain a DIY ethos across the entire work. This project rounded off a 10,000 word dissertation into the role of content online, specifically with investigation and research into online communities. The research involved looking into social media as a form of cultural significance, smartphone and social media addiction, cultural commodification and the growth of internet hype and influencer marketing.
