You don't have to be a techie genius to work in one of EE's stores. The problem is, not many people realise that - and as a result, loads of brilliant candidates were missing out on their perfect role.
We created a campaign that focused solely on the personal qualities, rather than the knowledge of applicants - showcasing all the different ways you can be 'EE' to a tee.
