Giffgaff launched a multichannel campaign against loneliness: Have a Proper Chat. From 6-7pm on the 18th February, giffgaff encouraged everyone across the country to give someone a call, aiming to make it the least lonely hour in Britain ever. All customer calls to anywhere in the UK were free.
